🕯️Who? All are welcome, this online event is open to all genders. However you must be 16 or over to attend. This is not suitable for you if you are pregnant.
🕯️What shall I wear/bring?
Bring a notepad and pen for journaling, and a water bottle to keep you hydrated.
Wear cosy, loose clothing - we want you to be comfortable.
We recommend setting yourself up either lay flat on your sofa or bed, or if you have them to hand on a yoga mat with a blanket and a bolster. Use a pillow if you need extra support for the breathwork.
