A Breathwork Retreat at Cabilla, Cornwall

Immerse yourself in the ancient, rewilded landscapes of Cabilla Cornwall for a five-day retreat designed to restore balance, reconnect you with the natural world, and offer deep, embodied renewal. Hosted by Rob Rea, this intimate retreat blends breathwork, movement, meditation, and time in nature to support nervous system regulation, clarity, and reconnection.

Cabilla is a place shaped by land, trees, and time. Set within ancient woodland and gently held by the rhythms of nature, it offers a rare opportunity to step away from the demands of modern life and return to a slower, more grounded way of being. This retreat is an invitation to pause, breathe, and allow the restorative power of nature to do what it does best, settle, nourish, and inspire.

Across the retreat, you’ll be guided through a carefully curated programme of conscious breathwork, mindful movement, and reflective practices, woven together with time outdoors, shared meals, and moments of stillness. Drawing on both ancient traditions and modern performance science, the experience is designed to support deep rest while gently expanding awareness and resilience.

Held within Cabilla’s thoughtfully designed spaces, every detail encourages presence and ease. Nourishing, seasonal meals crafted from locally sourced ingredients support the body throughout the journey, while the surrounding woodland and open skies invite a deeper sense of connection, to yourself, to the land, and to the group you share this time with.

This is more than a retreat; it is a return to rhythm. A space to soften, recalibrate, and remember your true nature, grounded, inspired, and deeply alive.
