 Event Details

🕯️When? Sunday 19th May

🕯️ Time? 4pm-7pm UK Time

🕯️Where? Core Clapton, London

🕯️What is Conscious Connected Breathwork?

Conscious connected breathwork is a practice that involves breathing in a continuous, rhythmic pattern without pause between the inhale and exhale.

Rob will guide you through the breathwork, which will last around 30-40 minutes, followed by meditation.

Throughout this breathwork you may well feel emotional, and/or some physical sensations. The theme of surrender will be really helpful in allowing you to embrace the Breathwork experience fully.

Special Guest: Lucy Sesto

Hey, Lucy here. I currently host yoga retreats in the UK and all over the world. I really believe psychology and yoga go hand in hand and so I love to bring an element of self-discovery into my retreats. We learn to connect back to ourselves and find connection with others in the group.

Alongside teaching private 1-2-1 sessions, I also teach weekly classes at BXR in central London and also work with Joe Wicks on the Bodycoach app hosting all of the online yoga classes and in person events.

You can find me on Instagram here.

Megan Rose Lane

Hey, I'm Meg - A Radiance & Embodiment coach; guiding women to remember their power, reclaim their feminine essence, and soften into a life that feels truly fulfilling.

Through my own journey of healing from an eating disorder, panic attacks and chronic anxiety, I discovered the truth beneath the fear and distortion that swallowed me whole for so much of my life, and now it's my mission to share it with the world.

Specialising in shadow work, somatic healing and embodiment work - I am rooting for every woman on this earth to remember the truth; that she is loved, she is worthy & she is absolute magic.

Rob Rea

Hey, I’m Rob! My journey with breathwork started out in Bali. Here I discovered within stillness, a sanctuary for creativity, introspection and healing.

Over the past decade I have dedicated myself to exploring various breathwork practices and methodologies, exploring the profound connection between our physiological and psychological states.

My path has taken me on a global adventure, where I have integrated breathwork, meditation & somatic experiencing techniques into my daily life. You can find out more and connect with @robrea__ over on Instagram!
