What is Inner Child healing & How does it work?

Inner child work is a powerful practice focused on reconnecting with and healing the wounded or neglected aspects of our inner child – the younger, more vulnerable version of us that carries unresolved emotions, traumas, and unmet needs from childhood.

So much of our present-day challenges, patterns, and beliefs stem from experiences and influences from out childhood. Uncovering and having deep compassion for these moments that shaped us can transform our lives from the inside out.

During this beautiful session, Meg & Rob will hold you through a process to nurture, validate, and heal your wounded parts, offering love, understanding, and compassion to your inner child.

Inner child work can lead to deeper self-acceptance, resilience, and a beautiful sense of wholeness and integration within yourself.

🕯️ Time? 2 hours

🕯️Where? Online

🕯️Who? All are welcome, this event is open to all genders. However you must be 16 or over to attend. Not suitable for those who are pregnant.

🕯️What shall I wear?

Wear loose comfortable clothing (nothing tight or restrictive), and have layers as temperature can fluctuate.

🕯️ Preparation:

  • For this online event you will be lay flat. We recommend for you to be as comfortable as possible, so set up on your sofa or your bed. If you have equipment such as a yoga mat or bolster, feel free to use these and a blanket.
  • We recommend having an eye mask to hand if you have one.
  • Bring a journal and a pen.
  • Avoid food for at least 2 hours before.
  • Ensure you are well hydrated.
  • For best results avoid alcohol and caffeine 6-8 hours before.

Breathwork is not suitable for the following:

History of psychotic episodes, epilepsy, eye issues (detached retina / recent laser surgery / cataracts) and anyone who is pregnant.

Over the past decade I have dedicated myself to exploring various breathwork practices and methodologies, exploring the profound connection between our physiological and psychological states.

My path has taken me on a global adventure, where I have integrated breathwork, meditation & somatic experiencing techniques into my daily life.
